13 Terrifying Prehistoric Monsters. You Won’t Sleep After This.
After looking at these freaky creatures, I doubt humanity could have survived if we’d been around during the prehistoric ages. These monsters look like they’re straight out of a horror movie. What makes it freakier is that they were real at one point…maybe they’ll come back someday…

Basically a monster dragon fly with a foot long wing span.

This creepy creature was pretty much a crocodile sized scorpion with an 18 inch claw (.5 meter claw)
5. Dinornis Robustus
This bird is said to be the tallest bird to have ever existed, stands at 12 feet tall (3.6 meters)

This is basically a GIANT version of a sloth, stood 20 feet (6 meters) tall and weighed almost 4 tons (3628 kg)

This giant fish was 30 feet (9meters) long. It was so badass that it didn’t even need teeth, it just used it’s two razor sharp jaws.

This was a 10 foot (3 meter) long turtle with a sharp beak and strong jaw.

Sarcosuchus imperator is Latin for “flesh crocodile, which makes sense considering this thing could grow up to be 40 feet (12 meters) long.

It’s teeth were 7 inches (0.1778 meters) , it was bigger than a bus, and is the largest meat-eating fish to have ever existed.
